So, is the US that great a country? Let's talk about the prison system here. The state send prisinors to for-profit prisons. The state pays a lump sum, and the prisons fill up. But, if the state doesn't fill the prisons up, they don't get a deal for thier money. So, they make highly unfair laws, and make up the difference by arresting poor people who can't afford a good attorney, and making them go to jail. Like, I was reading something about a man, who's a war vet btw, who 15 years ago got charged with petty theft. Then, last year, he stole some DVDs, and got caught twice. Apparently, he did it to give gifts to his family. Anyway, he got 50 years in prison, a feasably life sentance. The man is 78.

Speaker System

Allright, I just hooked up a new speaker system in my room. It's pretty good, with a subwoofer and dual speakers. It ever fits into my iPod. At the same time, I moved a desk from our basement, upstairs into my room. The best place to study, in my opinion, with speakers humming, barely giving away thier full potential.

My friend think I'm depressed. Well, fuck that, what would I be deppressed about? my bad grades? people before me have gotten worse. Einstein was a high school dropout. The pressure my parents put on me? I know a lot of people who have worse pressure, and I believe that the human brain can handle that much pressure and more. It's not like I have a lot of things to do, I just need to chill out less, and pay attention in class. My friends aren't the only ones who think I'm depressed, my teachers and parents think so to. It seems that I'm the only one who doesn't think I'm deppressed. AHHHHHHH! This post is so weird. I'm just going to go eat dinner and listen to some more music on my speaker system.
